1. Introduction

1.1 Contractual Relationship

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”, “you”, or “your”) and Bluedotbook Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Bluedotbook”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Bluedotbook platform (the “Platform”). This includes all related websites, web applications, mobile apps, APIs, software, integrations, and associated services.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing, interacting with, or using any part of the Platform, you:

• Affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
• Confirm that you possess the legal authority and age (18+) to enter into binding agreements.
• Consent to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other referenced or linked legal documents.
• Agree to abide by all applicable local, state, and international laws and regulations.
• If you do not agree with these Terms or our policies, you must immediately cease all access and usage of the Platform.

2. Definitions

2.1 Platform Terminology

Account: A unique profile registered by a User on the Platform.

Property: Any hotel, apartment, short-let, resort, or lodging facility registered on the Platform.

Booking: A reservation transaction initiated or completed via the Platform.

Content: Any text, images, media, data, feedback, or materials uploaded, shared, or hosted.

Service Provider: Any third-party service integrated or made accessible through the Platform, for example payment gateways and customer support systems.

2.2 User Classifications

Guest User: A customer booking accommodation or services through the Platform.

Property Manager: An individual or team authorized to manage a registered property on the Platform.

Enterprise User: Business clients operating multiple properties under a unified account.

Bluedotbook Admin: Authorized personnel employed by the Company to manage platform operations and customer onboarding.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register an Account, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Submit accurate, complete information as requested.
• Not be barred from using digital platforms under applicable laws.
• Maintain only one account per user type unless explicitly authorized.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring security settings, for example 2FA, are enabled where possible.
• Immediately reporting any unauthorized use of your account to support@bluedotbook.com.
• Ensuring the information in your account remains up to date.

3.3 Verification and Validation

We reserve the right to require identity verification, including:

• Valid government-issued ID.
• Proof of address or business registration.
• Additional authentication for high-value bookings or suspicious activity.
• Failure to comply may result in access restrictions or account termination.
