Hospitality is personal. The software behind it should feel considered too.
Bluedotbook was founded in 2022 to close the technology gap for hotels, serviced apartments, shortlet rentals, resorts and lodges across emerging markets. Too many teams were trying to deliver a great stay with disconnected tools, paper records and information that lived in the wrong place.
We built a clearer operating system for reservations, daily operations, guest engagement and reporting, without the cost or complexity that makes useful software difficult to adopt. After a beta launch in July 2025, Bluedotbook became generally available in August 2025, beginning with the Nigerian market.
Our team brings local hospitality understanding, product thinking and technical expertise together, so property teams can work with confidence and every guest gets a more dependable stay.
